What can I do to support the environment in Jordan?<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid use of plastic!\n<ul>\n<li>Do not accept plastic bags in supermarket- come with your own re-useable one<\/li>\n<li>Do not buy water in small plastic bottles- use the refillable jumbo water (there are companies who have glass containers!) and fill in your own bottles<\/li>\n<li>If you are a big consumer, buy your own purification plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Do not take coffee to go cups\u2026there are many cool cups you can carry in your bag wherever you go!<\/li>\n<li>If you use prepared cups\/pads for coffee machines, collect the used ones!<\/li>\n<li>Refuse straws<\/li>\n<li>If you have plastic waste, put it into the new yellow containers in Amman<\/li>\n<li>Work as volunteer in NGO\u2019s to help reduce plastic waste<\/li>\n<li>If you have plastic bottles, separate them and put them in referring containers..do not mix them with other garbage<\/li>\n<li>Speak with your family, friends, collegues about this issue\u2026.jointly put separate collection containers in front of your house, office, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Organize a recycling workshop in your company\/office\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Speak with the owners of the cafes\/restaurants, which you use frequently\u2026convince them to reduce plastic or at least to put collection containers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">In case of any questions, help, support &#8211; we are happy to be in touch with you!<\/h4>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your mission around waste reduction and recycling is great and appeals to me!
